Here are the cause and measurements:
A.Low precision grade of the bearing. Select the high grade of the precision bearing to
ensure the regular rotation.
B.The benting main shaft or the holes in the cabinet non-concentrically.Reparing the main
shaft or cabinet timely.
C.Poor lubrication.Select lubricating materials of specified grades and clean them
properly.
D.Low assembly quality: improve assembly quality.
E.The inner and outer bearing shell get out of the ring.Replacement of bearing and related
wear parts.
F.Too much Axial force.Cleaing and adjusting the gap of the sealed ring between 0.2 and
0.3 mm,correct the diametet of the impeller balance and verify the static balance value.
G.Bearing Damage. Replace the damaged one with new one.
