A steel ball market and uses:

Types and production process of two steel balls:
1 Forged (rolled) steel ball: carbon steel ball, 50mn and 60mn and 65mn forged steel ball, RCAB forged steel ball, Rcab-2 series steel ball, high carbon high manganese low chromium forged steel ball, 85crmnsi high quality steel ball, RCAB3B and RCAB-6 and 40crmo forged steel balls and so on.
2. Cast iron ball:
Ordinary cast iron ball → non-electric furnace production
Low chromium cast iron ball → electric furnace melting
Medium chromium cast iron ball → electric furnace melting
High chromium cast iron ball → electric furnace melting
Ultra-high chromium cast iron ball (cr content is 22%-30%)
3. Stainless steel → use ICR18N9TI, production method cold pad, model between 18mm-60mm. Among them are stainless steel balls and non-magnetic stainless steel balls.
4. Hollow steel ball → used for welding decoration. The general material is A3 or 45# steel is produced by die stamping, model is 20- 1 50mm
5. Carbon steel ball → Produced with A3 steel, process cold pad, grinding, polishing, used for bearing production and rolling machine production, the production model is 1.5m----18mm, the maximum 35mm.
6 Grid structure ball → used as a space structure connection, he forged or rolled with 45# material, then processed multiple planes and drilled, connected with nuts.
7. Miniature steel ball → both steel sand and steel shot. Generally, steel bars are used to cut pellets, and secondly, they are poured with molten steel to be used for derusting and polishing.
