1. The heating temperature should be properly controlled. If the temperature is too high, the bearing will be damaged. If the temperature is too low, the expansion of the ferrule will be insufficient, and the effect will not be significant. Generally controlled at 80 ~ 100 ° C, if the heating exceeds 120 ° C, it will lead to tempering of the bearing, may also cause the ferrule hardness and accuracy. After the required temperature is reached, the installation action is rapid, and cooling is prevented to cause difficulty in installation.

2. When installing, apply a certain pressure to press the inner ring to the shoulder, and after cooling, use a very thin feeler gauge to detect the gap between the end face of the inner ring and the shoulder.

3.the heating method can be used in a constant temperature oven, or can be heated by a light bulb. Using a 50W bulb to heat the bearing, the heating temperature can be guaranteed to be around 100 °C. The smaller bearing can be placed directly on the bulb. The larger bearing can be placed in the cone of the bulb. The cone can be adjusted up and down. The range can be adapted to heat bearings of different sizes. The conical cover prevents heat loss from the bulb and allows for even heating.

4. For larger bearings, in order to ensure the uniformity of heating, it can also be heated by hot oil. Add an appropriate amount of transformer oil to the oil bath, heat the oil to 80~100 °C, and place the bearing in the oil with the hook. Make sure that the whole bearing is bathed in hot oil, keep the temperature constant for 5~10 minutes, etc. After the whole bearing is heated evenly, it can be taken out and placed on the shaft immediately.
