Facilities shall be inspected; thirdly, storage management of rust-proof materials shall be strengthened. The storage conditions should be improved. 2 Anti-rust management between processes
Steel balls will produce rust during processing, mainly due to factors such as excessive storage of products, rust prevention, improper preparation of rust-proof water, and contact with rain.
First, the anti-rust liquid should be prepared strictly according to the process requirements. When using it, it should be added with anti-rust materials such as sodium and sodium according to the test results of the PH test paper; secondly, ensure that the finished balls of each process are treated according to the regulations, and the high temperature rainy season In the process of reducing the contact between the product and the rainwater, the storage time should be increased, and the frequency of the anti-rust should be increased. At the same time, the production process should be coordinated to prevent the overstocking period of the product from being too long.
3 Cleaning, dehydration and oiling of finished products
Cleaning, dehydration, and oiling of the steel ball stop processing, and to maintain no more than one year of rust, is the key to rust prevention.
Ensure the quality of the cleaning and prevent rust from impurities. First, it should be cleaned in time after the ball is dropped. The interval should not be too long. Pre-dip should be used before cleaning. That is, immersed in kerosene to shake up and down, first remove some dirt, which can greatly reduce the pressure of cleaning. Second, dehydrating agents and surfactants should be added to the cleaning agent to enhance the decontamination ability. The cleaning solution should be continuously filtered and precipitated, and recycled. Third, it is forbidden to clean the steel ball with bare hands during cleaning to prevent sweat from entering. Washing should be carried out in the spray booth, with a certain degree of strength and skill to ensure that the steel ball is all over. Fourth, in order to ensure the cleaning quality, at least two or more cleanings should be carried out. After the cleaning of the upper channel, it should be drained, so that the dirt should be left as far as possible to ensure that the cleaning liquid in the next channel is cleaner. Conditionally, ultrasonic cleaning can be used.
Ensure that the steel ball is dry and dehydrated, and the oil is evenly distributed to prevent moisture from rusting. First, strengthen the dewatering oil, anti-rust oil water and sewage discharge filtration, discharge the bottom sewage at least once a day, according to the discharge of water or according to the number of dehydration anti-rust discs, the replacement should be carried out regularly, the replacement should be The remaining dehydrated oil and anti-rust oil in the next road are all added to the upper road, and all the new oil is replaced in the next lane. The new oil is filtered with a filter to filter impurities. Second, at least two or more dehydration and anti-rust operations should be carried out. The finished product warehouse is guaranteed to be dry and ventilated.
