As shown in Figure 1, the existing mold includes an upper cover plate, an upper mold seat, an upper cushion plate, an upper clamp plate, a back release plate, a release plate, a lower template, a lower cushion plate, and a lower mold seat that are fixedly connected in sequence. The strong spring inside the mold is installed between the upper mold seat and the release plate, and is placed separately from the equal height sleeve. This not only wastes the template space of the mold, but also increases the processing cost. It is easy to cause inconsistent force transmission between the strong spring and the equal height sleeve, which can easily cause instability in mold production, reduce stamping speed, and seriously affect production efficiency.

The mold includes an upper cover plate 1, an upper mold seat 2, a lower cushion plate 3, an upper clamping plate 4, a material removal back plate 5, a material removal plate 6, a lower template 7, a lower cushion plate 8, and a lower mold seat 9 that are fixedly connected in sequence. An equal height sleeve 10 is provided on the upper clamping plate 4, and an equal height sleeve washer 11 is provided on the upper part of the equal height sleeve 10. A strong spring 12 is also provided above the equal height sleeve washer 11. As shown in Figure 2, when the mold is in the closed state, the strong spring 12 is tightly pressed against the equally high sleeve 10. As shown in Figure 3, when the mold is in the open state, the equally high sleeve 10 and the strong spring 12 are set in the same station hole, which allows them to apply a relatively stable force, ensuring that the stripping plate 6 can move more stably and further improving the stamping speed of the mold, greatly improving work efficiency.
